This project started in December 2019, due to the need to manage certain properties we own, with the dream of dedicating ourselves to this project professionally in the future; therefore, we own the apartments and manage them directly.
It wasn't easy at all... imagine March 2020, Covid, everything stopped... but luckily it gave us time to study, analyze, learn and above all visit, visit and visit many apartments... with the aim of being different and generating added value to this room rental management project.
Over the years we have had many "guests", Erasmus students, students from public and private universities, young professionals, thanks to all of them, we have perfected our value proposition and the comprehensive management of the project, improving services and increasing our portfolio of properties and the number of rooms managed, for this reason we have made the decision to turn that initial dream into a professional project for the future.
Furthermore, we started this project without losing sight of our vision; we are NOT a real estate agency, we are a family business, specializing in Coliving, in the rental of rooms in shared apartments, that wants to share its comprehensive management method with those individuals who own properties and with whom we can develop a WIN-WIN synergy, increasing the profitability of their asset, by delegating the daily management, which we will carry out as if it were just another one of our apartments.
